House votes to impeach Trump again
By Mona Austin The House voted 232-197 to impeach Pres. Donald Trump a second time following an insurrection led by pro-Trumpers at the Capitol exactly one week earlier, that Democrats say he incited. The turmoil took place after Trump gave participant at the STOP THE STEAL rally outside of the White House marching orders to go fight for their country,where Vice Pres. Pence, his family and law makers engaged in a joint session to certify electoral college votes feared for their lives. Five people, including 2 Capitol police officers died as a result of the uprising. Republicans called for healing and unity and argued that Democrats unfairly rushed the decision. Ten Repulicans voted in favor of impeachment. This makes Trump the first President in history to be impeached twice.
