By Mona Austin (TSN): Judge delays sentencing for Trump's Hush Money case until after the election saying it would not be fair to the public or the candidate. Judge Juan Merchan has rescheduled sentencing from September 18 to November 26, acquiescing to the Supreme Court's presidential immunity ruling and Trump's attorney's argument that the sentencing would amount to election interference. In his 4-page explanation Merchan from the Manhattan Court said he did not want to create a disadvantage or give an advantage to either party “The Court is a fair, impartial, and apolitical institution,” Merchan wrote. “Adjourning decision on the motion and sentencing, if such is required, should dispel any suggestion that the Court will have issued any decision or imposed sentence either to give an advantage to, or to create a disadvantage for, any political party and/or any candidate for any office.” Trump was found guilty of paying off porn star Stormy Daniels to keep theor sex...
