Stories are coming in that put a face on the tragic event in Boston yesterday. We are learning that the senseless bombing has shattered entire families. The Boston Globe has identified Martin Richard, 8, as the youngest casualty among three fatalities. He was killed just after giving his father, Bill Richard, a congratulatory hug as he approached the Boston Marathon finish line. As the third grader's memory freshly reverberates in the father's head, he must contend with a 6-year-old daughter who lost her leg in the blast and his wife who suffered a brain injury. In another family, sadly two brothers who attended the race to root on a friend both were taken to emergency rooms with traumatic leg wounds. Some families are still looking for their loved ones who participated in the race, while as many as 175 victims...
