Kelly Mayew, a 34-year-old employee of BET Networks died after receiving  illegal butt injections  in the basement of a Queens New York apartment on Saturday.  "We are saddened by the death of our colleague and friend, Kelly Mayhew. Our hearts go out to her family and we extend our deepest sympathies for their loss," BET said in a statement. According to BET.com Mayew, who is originally from Suitland, MD, was accompanied to the appointment by her mother. Noticing her daughter was having difficulty breathing she performed CPR can called 911. The woman who performed the procedure fled the scene when Mayhew started showing signs of distress.  The New York Daily News reports police are looking for the suspect, who left in a gray SUV.  Mayhew was later pronounced dead at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital.
