Heading into Memorial Day weekend, a strong demand is driving the hike in the cost of gas. This according to the American Automobile Association's latest report indicating gasoline is the most expensive it has been on this holiday weekend since 2014, 7 years ago. The surge may be partially duet to a recent hack into a major fuel supply line in the U.S. by the Russians. Press Sec. Jen Psaki gave the report on fuel increases a positive spin. She downplayed the rising cost saying it was somewhat normal and the White House is glad Americans "can on the road again," a reflection of a rebounding economy.
