The funeral services for former Assistant Press Secretary to Vice Pres. Kamala Harris, William Anthony Fairfax will be held today. In a statement posted by, Justin Fairfax, his cousin, the Lt. Governor of Virginia, revealing that William died peacefully at his home on Sept. 9 from natural causes at the age of 24. Born into a prominant family, William dedicated his short life to serving others. He had worked on the Biden campaign before joining the VP's historic staff. Earlier this year he joined FEMA as a special assistant to the director. Before leaving the White House Mr. Fairfax contributed to key moments and events in the Biden administration. A "Celebration of Life" service will be held at the Ebeneezer AME Church in Maryland and live streamed on the church web site beginning at 11 AM.
