IMPEACHMENT UPDATE... By Mona Austin (The Slice): Witness intimidation was a focus of exploration on day-2 of the impeachment hearing. Former Ukraine Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch told Democrat counsels she felt intimidated by the president tweeting @ her while she was giving her testimony. Chairman of the Intel Committee Adam Schiff read aloud a tweet from Pres. Trump live tweeted that things "went bad" wherever she showed up, an action some are calling impeachable itself some pundits say. The witness admitted that she felt intimidated by the tweet and Schiff opined that is it what was "designed" to do. Daniel Goldman, a former legal analyst for MSNBC, was appointed by Schiff to act as Democratic Counsel. posed multiple questions to Yovanovitch about her sudden dismissal from a post she held for 33 years.
