DNC Chair Perez to meet with Latinx communities in Virginia for voer registration effort

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- On Tuesday, September 24, 2019, National Voter Registration Day, DNC Chair Tom Perez will visit campuses and meet with Latinx communities throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia to promote voter registration. 

During the day, he will make stops in Williamsburg, Petersburg, Woodbridge, and Manassas where he will meet with and take questions from students, teachers, and community members. Chair Perez will also commemorate Hispanic Heritage Month, participating in a Latinx voter registration drive and other activities with local Latinx community members.
