TUNE IN ALERT: HAIR MAJESTY RETURNS! WE tv's BREAKOUT SERIES, "L.A. HAIR," IS BACK FOR A FIERY THIRD SEASON, PREMIERING THURSDAY, MAY 22 AT 9PM ET/PT

buzzz worthy. . . EPISODE ONE SUMMARY : The drama is thicker  than all the celebrity manes Kim Kibble styles combined on the premiere episode of L.A. Hair.  The crew has the same old attitudes in an updated, glamorous salon. Dontay is threatening to jump ship with Kim's nemesis Angela who has big plans to open up her own salon and tries to take Dante right from under Kim's nose. Hair Diva Kim shows them both the door, but Dontay has yet to decide whose team he's on.  The new celebrity barber,  Leah cuts right to the chase and assumes she can take any station she pleases, entering a combustible situation with Anthony. Clarifying Celebration of Gospel confusion and journalistic responsibility

On May 1 it was reported that Celebration of Gospel was cancelled.  Conflicting reports about the existence or the future non-existence of the program have been passed around online and some fans are demanding an explanation as to the true status of the highly-rated show. I share a significant number of mutual Facebook friends with several of the sources that reported on this matter, so I'm exercising due diligence to clarify what you may have  gathered from my posts  as well as express some general concerns about online news. Dancing With the Stars Winners: Max and Meryl take the Mirror Ball Trophy!

buzzz worthy. . . After 13 weeks of training and 15 weeks of competition, the Dancing with the Stars trophy went to Meryl and Max. With a combination of viewer votes and the judges votes,  the win was a sigh of relief for Max, a sentimental favorite, who has competed for 10 seasons without a win.  His final dance with the Olympic Gold medalist was a combination of the Fox Trot and Cha Cha. Max said sharing the win with Meryl was even more special.  "If there is o more Dancing with the Stars fr me this is the best way I couls have finished," eluding to speculation that the show may not be renewed, Max told reporters after the finale. Congratulations to all competitors.  Amy Purdy, the paralympic snow-boarder who drew the support of Oprah, came in second with partner Derek Huff.  The cast will appear on Good Morning America tomorrow morning.

Lionel Richie to receive BET Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2014 BET Awards

New York, NY (May 20, 2014) – Following up on last week’s big host announcement (Chris Rock), BET Networks announced music icon Lionel Richie will be honored with the 2014 BET Lifetime Achievement Award.  Hosted by comedian and actor Chris Rock, the “BET Awards” will broadcast live on Sunday, June 29 from Nokia Theatre L.A. buzzz worthy. . . THRILLER: Michael Jackson was resurrected via hologram in a performance that topped them all at the 2014 Billboard Music Awards on May 19, 2014. Leave it to the MTV Billboard Music Awards to raise the dead!  At its 2014 annual award show Michael Jackson was resurrected in a technologically astounding performance. For years The Billboards have used technology to wow audiences.  At the MGM Grand in Las Vegas last night using top secret technological magic, they pulled off a never-seen-before virtual performance that out the late King of Pop (yes, that was actually him) center stage.
