Reports on Bobbi Kristina Brown's health from the Houston and Brown camps are conflicting nearly 3 month after she almost drowned to death.

Bobbi Kristina Brown
Bobbi Kristina Brown reportedly opened her eyes.  On Saturday during a performance at a concert in Texas, Bobby Brown announced his daughter, who has been incapacitated in a coma since being found non-responsive in the bath tub of her Georgia home, is now awake.

"I can say today, Bobbi is awake.  She's watching me." he said of the sole child he fathered with the late Whitney Houston. "She's watching me."

Mr. Brown's sister, Tina Brown also confirmed his announcement via Facebook on Sunday, writing: "She woke up and is no longer on life support!!!!!:):)God is good!!thanks for your prayers,,still a process, but she is going to be ok:):):):)."

But, on Monday a statement from Brown's attorney, Christopher Brown of Brown & Rosen, LLC clarifies doctors are uncertain if the 21-year-old will return to a normalcy.

"Due to the numerous requests for an elaboration of the comments made by Bobby Brown on Saturday, April 18, 2015 at his concert in Texas, there is a need to clarify the reports on the condition of Bobbi Kristina.  On Saturday, Brown told concertgoers that his daughter was improving dramatically.

Bobby's attorney explained that while Bobbi Kris is awake, her long-term prognosis remains unknown.

"Bobbi Kristina’s condition has changed since moving from Emory University Hospital and there has been improvement," the lawyer told Us Magazine. "Doctors have indicated that she will have a long life. However, Bobbi Kristina is presently embarking on a rehabilitation process and the quality of her life will not be known for years to come."

Brown himself thanked supporters for their continual prayers. "We thank everyone that supports Bobbi Kristina," he said Monday. "And God is hearing our prayers."

Brown's hopeful statement on that sage was somehow upsetting to the family.

By Tuesday, Cissy Houston was telling a different story in a statement she released to People Magazine:

“I have just returned from visiting my granddaughter Bobbi Kristina in the hospital and while she is no longer in a medically induced coma she has a tracheotomy and according to the doctors she has global and irreversible brain damage and remains unresponsive,” Houston said in a statement to PEOPLE. “Meeting with the doctors and understanding that she can live in this condition for a lifetime truly saddens me. “We can only trust in God for a miracle at this time. Keep us in your prayers.”
