buzzz worthy. . .
There's a whole lot of shifting going on in the realm of reality TV singing competitions. Simon Cowell's "X Factor" won't be renewed for a fourth season, "AI" has had several shake ups with judges and Cee Lo Green won't be coaching on "The Voice" anymore. But, BET's Sunday Best is holding steady and gearing up to audition talent for its seventh season.
Kicking off on March 1 in Houston, TX Sunday Best auditions will be held in four cities around the nation throughout the month. Auditioners must try out with a song from a pre-determined list of 25 traditional and contemporary selections.
Before auditioning, ask yourself, "Does my talent stack up to the winners?" Past Sunday Best winners are Crystal Aiken, Y'Anna Crawley, Leandria Johnson, Amber Bullock, Joshua Rogers and reigning champ Tasha Page Lockhart. Then ask yourself if you are ready to face the discerning critiques of judges Donnie McClurkin, CeCe Winans and Yolanda Adams. This is the competition where no strays are allowed, so make sure you are ready for the stiff competition.
With the addition of the VIP Suite, 200 potential contests can forego standing in long lines and go straight to preliminary judges. CLICK HERE to find out how.
Best of luck to all participants. More audition details are available below and at http://www.bet.com/shows/sunday-best.html

Little is known about the bride publicly. The gospel legend introduced the now Mrs. Winans as his fiance to the congregants of Perfecting in October of 2021. The couple had been in a relationship for 15 years. Pastor Winans was previously married to fellow gospel singer Vicki Winans (with whom he has two sons) for 16 years before they divorced in 1995. Held at the Colony Club in Detroit, MI, on April 22, the wedding was officiated by fellow COGIC Bishop Darrell Hines. "Let their lives be full of joy as they live according to your word," he prayed.
