Miguel's accidental jump at Billboard Awards
buzzz worthy. . .
Ouch! Did he just land on her neck? That's what most viewers wondered as R&B singer Miguel attempted to jump over the fan pit and narrowly missed it as his boot came crashing down onto a fan's head at last night's 2013 Billboard Music Awards. Although he kept singing his hit single "Adorn" the failed kick-landing looked like it was painful for him and injurious to at least two fans. The impact knocked one spectator's glasses off and the other collapsed to the ground! Fellow fans played it off, toying with the camera as if they saw nothing! Thankfully, according to a tweet the woman he kicked is fine. The 27-year-old tweeted “got caught up in moment, thank goodness Khyati is okay.” (It appears the other fan's glasses were just knocked off, so hopefully she is okay too.).
Miguel is up for four 2013 BET Awards. Let's hope he has learned a lesson and doesn't get the urge to fly again! Let's also hope he "adorns" the young ladies with more than an apology.
