This is the first single off of the choir's new albumDECLARATION OF DEPENDENCEand features powerhouse vocalist, Le'Andria Johnson and producer extraordinaire Stan Jones.

In support of their new album, The Mass will be on tour this Summer on the McDonald's Inspiration Celebration Gospel Tour. The multi-city tour will make stops in 11 markets, including: Atlanta, Chicago, Detroit, Jackson, Los Angeles, Memphis, Newark, Oakland, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., and Raleigh.

The Mass is undoubtedly one of the most influential choirs of our generation. Making their mark in the late 80's and 90's, the choir is synonymous with gospel music. For years the choir has been a constant presence at the top of the Billboard charts, amassing numerous recognitions and awards while performing worldwide. The 250 + voice choir celebrate their 25th Anniversary with the new release that will rekindle the group's former glory. Produced by Mississippi natives Stan Jones, Jerry Smith, David R. Curry Jr. and Jerry Mannery, DECLARATION OF DEPENDENCE breathes new life into this legendary choir.
DECLARATION OF DEPENDENCE was recorded live in Jackson MS at Thalia Mara Hall last year to a sold out crowd and is the choir's first album in four years. DECLARATION OF DEPENDENCE offers new songs blending their tried and true sound with fresh, contemporary production.
The DECLARATION OF DEPENDENCE live CD and companion DVD will be released on June 3, 2014. The DVD includes a special tribute to Frank Williams, the group's beloved executive director who passed in 1993. As part of the tribute, the Mass recorded a medley of some of their most famous songs including "Your Grace and Mercy," "Having You There," "Near The Cross," "Just Can't Tell You How Good He's Been," and "Lord We Praise You."
