Zoe has played most roles she's been in excellent, but the running opinion is that she is not a good fit for the role of singing activist Nina Simone. She does not resemble Simone in the least, does not sing and is Dominican. Most folks in opposition to Saldana playing the part have a problem with her skin color not being nearly the same shade as Simone's as well as her size. From the looks of a new photo released from the upcoming film, the actress didn't do much to get in character other than wear darker make-up, which some deem as "Black Face." (She could have gained a few pounds for the role, maybe?) Aside from the obvious physical differences, she might be able to channel the late songstress like no other. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt. BUT, I could name a few actresses that would be better. Do you think she'll
