BON VOYAGE: '106 & Park' to end in December
buzzz worthy. . .
BET's teen targeted program "106 & Park" will sound off on television for the last time this December. BET’s President of Music Programming and Specials Stephen Hill said in a statement, “All of us have been touched by 106 & Park. Now it’s time for 106 & Park, as a daily TV entity, to take a bow and exit.” The last television airing however, won't be the show's final bow. The network has plans to transition the show to an all digital format. American rapper Bow Wow and Canadian singer Keisha Chante are the current hosts. Over the past 14 years the "106 & Park" has been a top platform for Hip Hop artists and urban youth culture.
