Charles Manson, 80 has obtained a license to wed.  A 26-year-old woman, Afton Elaine Burton says she believes the notorious mass murderer is innocent and wants to become his bride.  A wedding date has not been set yet. The associated press confirmed through the prison that Manson is planning to tie the knot.   The couple is not allowed to  have conjugal visits. Manson is still serving time in California's San Quentin State Prison for orchestrating the mass murder of 7 people in 1969. Burton has been working ot get her beau exonerated for the last 9 years.
