TUNE-IN ALERT: CNN to Host a Town Hall with Former FBI Director James Comey on Wed., April 25



SUMMARY: Starting at 8 p.m eatern, CNN will broadcast a live town hall with former FBI Director James Comey.  Billed as Comey: Truth, Lies and Leadership the forum will address his controversial book release, A Higher Loyalty: Truth, Lies and Leadership.  Questions will be taken from the audience on the campus of the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA.  Comey is a William & Mary alum and has a daughter who attends the school now.

WASHINGTON, D.C.  – Former FBI Director James Comey will sit down for a Town Hall at 8 p.m. ET on Wednesday, April 25 airing on CNN.
The one-hour primetime Town Hall, moderated by CNN anchor Anderson Cooper, will be live from Phi Beta Kappa Memorial Hall at Comey’s alma mater, William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia and will be co-hosted by the Student Assembly at William & Mary.
Following the release of Comey’s book, A Higher Loyalty: Truth, Lies & Leadership, Cooper will moderate a conversation between Comey and a live audience as they discuss his FBI career, his public firing and the high profile cases he oversaw including the bureau’s handling of the Hillary Clinton e-mail investigation and potential ties between the Trump campaign and Russia.
This follows Comey’s interview with CNN’s Jake Tapper at 4 p.m. ET on Thursday, April 19.
The Town Hall will be broadcast in the United States on CNN US, around the world on CNN International, CNN en Español as well as CNN SiriusXM Channels 116, 454 and the Westwood One Radio Network. The program will also be made available to the American Forces Network, seen on U.S. military installations around the world.
In addition to live television viewing, the Town Hall can also be viewed via CNNgo at CNN.com/go and via CNNgo apps for Apple TV, Roku, Amazon Fire, Samsung Smart TV and Android TV along with all CNN mobile apps for iOS and Android.

Alabama Pastor Shot and Killed in Domestic Incident

Pastor Da’Quarius Green , a 31-year-old leader of Elba Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Alabama, was shot on Dec. 23, 2025 and died several days later in the hospital after a domestic dispute at his home in Level Plains . Authorities have described the shooting as a “domestic incident” involving his wife,  𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐲. Local news station WTVY reported "c ourt records show that Green was arrested on misdemeanor domestic violence charges 3 times in Houston County last year, with each of those cases dismissed. Also in 2024, a woman filed a protection order against Green in Houston County in which she believed him to be a danger," but did not confirm Mrs. Massey as the suspect.    Various reports indicate the couple's children were present when he was shot in the head.   In one instance, a woman who shared children with Green alleged that he repeatedly struck her , including once when she was pregnant.
