FIRST LADY MELANIA TRUMP SPEAKS, BRINGS TIDINGS OF COMFORT AND JOY

In her second televised interview since her husband took office, First Lady Melania Trump sat down with Sean Hannity Wednesday night. It was obvious that she was set on getting America to see her for who she is apart from being married to Pres. Donald J. Trump.

the FLOTUS said criticism from media, comedians, authors, etc. does not bother her but, "The problem is they are writing history and it is not correct."  She said many of those who criticize her are using her family's name to make a name for themselves. FLOTUS said she will remain true to herself and continue to do what she feels is right for the people.  She said she would like it if they focused on "what we do and not just nonsense." Not only is the Frist Layd speaking out, but she is also coming out more than usual.

Twice this week --this  morning and on Tuesday -- she was able to go into the community and spread cheer to families that need it.

Despite being in her husband's often controversial shadow, she is all smiles whenever she is around children and said. "I have been looking forward to this year's event ever since last year's ended. As a mother I feel children are the most precious gift of all," said Mrs. Trump at the Toys for Tots event at Joint AFB Anacostia and Bolling.

At the National Children's Hospital, she expressed genuine concern for a family whose child that has had been hospitalized when the mother shared her story, a miraculous one that reflects the hope and love of the Christmas season.

Tonight Mrs. Trump plays host at a  White House Christmas reception, which media was not invited to attended.  The annual White House Christmas party that is held specifically for media was also cancelled.  Tomorrow she will visit the military hospital for the holidays.
