TV ONE kicks off holiday programming with a mixed slate of shows on Thanksgiving

 

TV ONE GEARS UP FOR THE HOLIDAYS WITH A PROGRAMMING SLATE FULL OF 
COMEDY AND HOLIDAY CHEER BEGINNING THANKSGIVING DAY

SILVER SPRING, MD  - TV One gears up for the holiday season with a programming slate full of original movies and marathons of some of America's beloved comedy classics. Kicking off the festive season are back-to-back marathons of popular sitcoms including, All of Us, airing on Thursday, November 26, Thanksgiving Day from 6 a.m. ET to 12 p.m. ET. The comedy continues with the classic sitcom The Bernie Mac Show on Friday, November 27from 6 a.m. ET thru Saturday, November 28 at 3 a.m. ET. We get an extra dose of fun with The Wayans Bros., and In Living Color from Saturday, November 28 at 12 p.m. ET to Sunday, November 29 at 3 a.m. ET. And closing out the Thanksgiving Weekend is The Jeffersons marathon on Sunday, November 29 at 6 a.m. ET to 12 p.m. ET.
 
In December, viewers can catch the premiere of TV One's original holiday film, CHRISTMAS DILEMMA airing on Sunday, December 6 at 7 p.m. ET/6C, immediately followed by an encore presentation at 9 p.m. ET/8C. The romantic comedy, directed by Essence Atkins, stars BJ Britt, Brittany Hall, Carl Anthony Payne II and Christopher B. Duncan. 

Just in time for Christmas, TV One will air additional festive marathons during Christmas Week including a marathon of the holiday episodes of Good Times, Sanford & Son, Family Matters, The Cosby Show, Living Single, and  One on One. The holly jolly, sitcom-episode marathon will begin on Sunday, December 20 at 6 a.m. ET.  

On Christmas Day, TV One will provide the gift of holiday joy with a 20-hour marathon of the network's original holiday movies that will air from 6 a.m. until 2 a.m. ET. Love and laughter will be on full display with this festive lineup which includes CHRISTMAS DILEMMA, A ROYAL FAMILY CHRISTMAS, MISS ME THIS CHRISTMAS, CHRISTMAS SWAP, MERRY WISHMAS, YOU CAN'T FIGHT CHRISTMAS, COINS FOR CHRISTMAS, SECOND CHANCE CHRISTMAS, A CHRISTMAS BLESSING, DEAR SANTA I NEED A DATE starting Friday, December 25 at 6 a.m. through 12 a.m. ET.
