TUNE IN ALERT: On Cleo TV's 'Tough Love: LA' Rashad and Mya move one

(SILVER SPRING, MD) -- January 7, 2021 - CLEO TV's new series TOUGH LOVE: LOS ANGELES is back this week with an all-new episode Sunday, January 10, at 9 P.M. ET/8C. The 10-episode primetime spinoff, based on the Emmy-nominated web series TOUGH LOVE, puts a spotlight on the challenges of dating and finding love as a Black millennial.

Everything is starting to come to a head on this week's episode as the friend group's real intentions begin to unfold. Mya and Rashad have yet another spat about the dating app while the entire crew is in the living room listening. Raymond overhears Rashad mention the lack of support from his family, which causes him to fly off the handle and leads the crew to quickly exit. After things cool down, Story and Rashad start seeing other people. After the dates end terribly, they head home to confide in each other through the dating app, unknowingly. Denise finds herself beginning to fall for her colleague, John, after giving Brian grief about his new female assistant. He finally calls Denise out for her unwarranted attitude when he finds out that he may have a potential investor in his company, giving them reason to celebrate.

Created by Caleb and Roni Davis, TOUGH LOVE was nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award in 2017 for Outstanding Digital Daytime Drama Series. The series is produced by Creative Direction Group. Dexter Cole is Senior Vice President of Program Scheduling and Acquisitions for TV One.
