WHITE HOUSE RESPONSE TO TERMINATION OF TPS: President Trump’s America First Agenda Scores Major Supreme Court Win on TPS Termination

The Supreme Court decided  not to review  cases about the Temporary Protected Status of Syrians and Haitian known as Mullin vs. Doe on Thursday.  The White House is celebrating the ruling for giving the Trump Administration full reign on how to manage the immigration process overall.  The Slice has obtained an official report  from the Whtie House that lists the copious ways they have dealt with border security up until this point. The White House says more actions "are on the way."  In addition to their list of actions,  here is a breakdown of what the ruling means:

What did the Supreme Court decide?

The Court ruled that:

1. Courts cannot review most TPS termination decisions.

The majority held that the TPS statute bars judicial review of non‑constitutional challenges to DHS decisions. That means federal courts cannot second‑guess DHS when it decides a country no longer qualifies for TPS.

2. The administration can end TPS for Haiti and Syria immediately.

The Court lifted the injunctions that had paused the terminations.

What did the Court decline to review further?

A. Claims that the Haiti decision was racially motivated

Haitian plaintiffs argued that the administration acted with racial animus, citing public statements by officials. The Supreme Court said they were unlikely to succeed and refused to let the claim proceed.

B. Requests to allow TPS holders to remain during litigation

The Court declined to grant interim protection. This means Haitians and Syrians with TPS can now be removed while lawsuits continue.

C. All non‑constitutional challenges

The Court said the statute “plainly bars” review of these claims and declined to consider them.

What does this mean for TPS holders?

  • Haitians and Syrians with TPS lose protection from deportation.

  • Work authorization tied to TPS will expire.

  • Families who have lived in the U.S. for decades may face removal.

  • Future TPS decisions will be harder to challenge in court.

Why it matters

The ruling dramatically expands executive power over humanitarian immigration programs. It also raises concerns about the stability of long‑term TPS communities—many of whom have U.S.‑born children, jobs, and deep ties to their neighborhoods.

Advocates say the decision undermines America’s role as a refuge for people fleeing crisis. The administration argues it restores proper executive authority.

President Trump’s America First Agenda Scores Major Supreme Court Win on TPS Termination

The Supreme Court has delivered a major victory for American sovereignty, ruling that the Trump Administration has full authority to terminate Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Haitian migrants. The Biden Administration weaponized TPS as a backdoor amnesty to flood the country with millions of unvetted migrants — and that loophole is finally closed.

This is the latest decisive win in President Donald J. Trump’s relentless effort to end the border invasion and put American citizens first.

Here are 60 key actions the Trump Administration has taken as part of its historic America First border agenda:

  1. The Supreme Court affirmed the Trump Administration’s authority to remove green card holders who threaten American communities.
